comfortable stay near eiffel tower
large room convenient location polite staff
the room was quite large. i found the location convenient to a commercial center. the staff answered my questions politely. outside the hotel, i saw many taxis available.
The hotel lacked some expected features. there was no key card. I received a physical key with a medallion. street noises were disruptive. oddly, the bathroom was larger than the room itself.

The hotel features a parking garage. taxis are accessible just outside. This makes transport easy. the hotel's proximity to many shops provides convenience.

solid stay near eiffel
helpful staff great room size central location fair ratio
i found the staff to be helpful and quick. the room size was great and it featured nice furnishings. its location near the eiffel tower simplified sightseeing (a huge plus for first-timers like myself). the price quality ratio felt fair for the overall experience.
The auto-timeout for the lights was a bit too quick. I nearly bumped into a desk at night.

the beautiful passy room included large, comfortable beds and pillows. the room was quite large, unusual for city hotels (i travel a lot for work, and that's rare!). i thought the room was quiet, great for good sleep.

the hotel is modern with an elegant boutique feel. the secure underground parking is accessible only with staff assistance. there is easy access to taxis outside the hotel, useful for visiting attractions (the eiffel tower is close).

the staff was polite and attentive. they seemed ready to answer questions (which i had many of!). staff assisted with carrying bags to the room, which i always appreciate. the breakfast lounge staff provided excellent service.

acceptable stay but some drawbacks
unacceptable breakfast poor cleaning
The facilities did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel, and the cleaning wasn't great. the breakfast cost 35 euros per person plus extras. An omelette and avocado totaled 90 euros. the staff did not try to make an effort when i complained.
